Embroidery coverage refers to how much of the patch surface is covered by thread. For example, 50% coverage leaves more of the base fabric visible, 75% coverage covers most of the surface, and 100% coverage fully covers the patch for a thicker and fuller embroidered look.
Design approval usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Production normally takes about 7 to 10 business days, and express shipping to the United States usually takes another 3 to 5 days. In most cases, customers receive their order within about 2 to 3 weeks after placing it(The final production time depends on your quantity)
If they are applied properly, they can withstand normal machine washing. To help them last longer, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and letting them air dry. For items that are washed frequently, adding a few stitches around the edges can provide extra security.
