You can send AI, PDF, SVG, EPS, PNG, JPG, or JPEG files. Vector files are preferred because they help keep the design clean and accurate. If you only have a regular image, our team can review it and advise whether it is suitable for production.

Yes. You can send us your logo, sketch, reference image, or design idea. Our team can help review the artwork and prepare it for custom patch production.

Yes. We can provide a digital proof before production so you can check the size, colors, layout, border, backing, and other details. Production will begin after the design is confirmed.

Yes, you can request changes before production starts. Once production has already started, changes may not be possible or may require extra cost, depending on the production stage.

We will match your artwork as closely as possible. However, because patches are made with thread, fabric, PVC, printing, or other physical materials, slight differences in color, texture, line thickness, and detail may occur. For the best result, we recommend using clear artwork and confirming all details before production.
